Bookings must be made via email a minimum of 1 or 2 weeks in advance. Please refer to your voucher for the merchants contact email for redemption. Monday to Fridays 10 to 6pm, Saturday wait list request available. Please send your voucher number, full name, & contact mobile number, treatment type, preferred dates, & times to arrange a suitable booking time. Bookings subject to availability. A team member will email you back to confirm your appointment date & time within 6 days. Admin team will also send a text message 3 days prior to your appointment - to confirm the exact time of your appointment. Please present your printed voucher upon redemption. A 48 hour minimum cancellation policy applies or your voucher will be voided. The $20 voucher can be used towards any service on your next visit and is valid for one month after your initial appointment. People who have had recent surgery may not be suitable for treatment. If in doubt, consult your doctor. Maximum of one voucher can be used per visit per therapist. Voucher not to be used with any other offer or promotion. Voucher not redeemable for cash.
