I have filled in all the boxes and now can't redeem the voucher
Manaia Peters commented about 1 year ago.I have tried to redeem mine too and it asks you to select the company it was brought from. You have one option which says - please select and that's it. My coupon says redeemable from Apr 18, 2012. Please help.

If you are having troubles redeeming your vouchers then please enter your voucher codes eg (GO-123456789123) into the "Redemption code" box when redeeming.

I too am having difficulties redeeming even with entering the voucher code eg GO-12345566
Entry invalid. Please check your voucher number (or the company you selected) and try again. Please note that voucher or redemption code needs to be entered in exactly the same format including space and special characters.
Can you please advise how to rectify this problem. Thank you
